WHO WILL BE SHOOTING MY WEDDING?

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?
Absolutely! I am based out of Modesto, Ca but love to travel for weddings. If you are having a destination wedding, i’d love to come along for the adventure and document the entire thing.
DO YOU SHOOT ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS?
Of course! I offer an engagement session in a couple of my packages. This is a great way to get to know each other before the wedding day and really helps you both get relaxed in front of the camera. They may just be my favorite sessions to shoot.
WHAT ARE YOUR WEDDING PACKAGE RATES?

DO WE NEED A SECOND SHOOTER?
I would suggest using a second shooter for larger weddings. Having a second shooter also ensures we capture every moment of your day. It helps me focus on specific moments while adding a different perspective.
HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES?
Once your images have been edited, they’ll be uploaded to a private gallery for 1 year. You will be able to download, order prints and share your images from this site. If you would like a USB drive with all of the edited images in high resolution I can make that happen for an additional fee.
DO YOU GIVE OUT THE RAW FILES?
Unfortunately, I do not release the RAW files for a number of reasons. I believe that clients should receive a finished image, much like the final plated meal in an elegant restaurant rather than the contents of the refrigerator. In addition, by not releasing the RAW files I am able to protect my brand, the artwork that I produce and the standard for quality on all of my finished images.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE FOR A WEDDING?
Typically around 300-500 images for a full wedding.
WHAT IS YOUR EDITING STYLE?
I’m known for warm and dynamic edits. My goal is to create something that takes you back to the moment captured in a unique way. I will never change backgrounds or manipulate the image that doesn’t feel natural.
WHERE DO YOU SHOOT ENGAGEMENTS?
I am completely inspired by the outdoors and my sessions reflect that. A hike in the mountains, a walk along the coast or a stroll in the forest are all ideal options. I’m always down for an adventure so don’t be shy if you have something unique in mind.
DO YOU HAVE BUSINESS INSURANCE?
I sure do. Some venues require this, so just let me know and I’ll be more than happy to provide it.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE OF PHOTOGRAPHY?
My approach is photojournalistic. I love capturing real moments as they happen and try to avoid stiff posing. That being said, I will occasionally give direction when needed and then simply let you get comfortable within each shot so everything looks and feels natural.
HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE TO RECEIVE ALL OF OUR PHOTOS?
I aim for 8-10 weeks. This gives me time to make sure that everything looks incredible when I deliver to you.
WHAT CAMERA GEAR DO YOU USE?
I always shoot with a Canon 5D Mark IV and 6D. This gives me an instant backup just incase something were to go wrong. (It never does.)
HOW DO WE BOOK WITH YOU AND HOW DO WE PAY?
Everything booking related can be done online. A 25% deposit and signed contract locks in your date. I accept payments of credit, debit, cash or check.
HOW DO WE GET A HOLD OF YOU?
If you fill out the form on my contact page I’ll be in touch with a pricing brochure that breaks down all of my offerings. I want you to feel confident about what you’re interested in.
DO YOU SHOOT FAMILY OR SENIOR SESSIONS?
I currently do not offer any other sessions besides wedding, elopements and engagements.
